The best testimonial I can give is that last year I was instructed to send one of my butlers to Sandringham House and the following month I was asked to send another to Buckingham Palace. It is said that Her Majesty remarked that she prefered my butler over hers as mine would not answer back!

I have just gotten back from my family Christmas and this is the first opportunity to tell you how well received they were.
Mum was pleased with her butler and it just fitted into the place she selected for it. My sister, was very pleased with her jockey too.
All in all, they were a great success and travelled well!

Guardsman arrived on the 27th successfully and we had to unpack - he is excellent and will probably be put into action today serving drinks.
