Click here to order online - in a matter of minutes you can order your butler though our secure online order system, and pay by credit card via paypal.

For each Kentchurch Butler required, indicate the quantity of each jacket colour and the initials required on the inscription. Waiters only come with a Red jacket and maids with a black dress.

EMERGENCY ORDERS.

I have prepared a stock of butlers ready for any URGENT requests and if I receive an order from you by 11.00 am (Monday to Thursday) I can get your man to you the next day providing you have paid by paypal. (see below).

Otherwise, once we receive your payment, we will dispatch your butler within three working days. The distribution company, PARCELFORCE, will deliver him to your doorstep in a reusable sturdy box that you can reuse to forward on or present to the person to whom you are giving him.

Acceptance of your order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and we shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or phone number you provide when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority.

At present we can only accept orders in pounds sterling and from within the UK.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your Kentchurch Butler to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for refund within 14 days of delivery.

Butlers must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online with most cards using our payment provider PayPal .

All online transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. None of the purchaser's card details are retained by us but are forwarded directly to the processing bank as you make your purchase.

Payment may only be made in pounds sterling.

Postal addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise and for when communication is needed. Postal and email addresses will be kept and used for periodic mailings regarding new products and developments at Kentchurch Butlers.

We do not store any of your financial information such as credit or debit card numbers and bank details. Such information that is given is destroyed after the purpose for which it is given has been completed

We do not disclose information your provide to third parties.
